Lemon Furniture
Lemon makes furniture designed to age well. Founded by Kevin Frankental and Jaco van Staden and working between Cape Town and Amsterdam, the brand produces handcrafted seating, dining chairs, tables, headboards, nightstands, storage, lighting and outdoor pieces, made with artisans who know their material. The look is elegantly simple with a romantic streak, drawing on 1920s Art Deco and early European modernism, and built from natural materials left honest enough to soften and patinate. Collaborations with international designers extend the range. Pieces meant to be used properly and look better for it.
