Why we love it
The beauty of this advent candle lies in its restraint. Rather than a cluttered calendar, it's a single wax form that marks the days through gradual burning, so you're left with a sculptural object that changes shape as December unfolds. Set it on a side table or mantelpiece where the shifting silhouette becomes part of your room's daily rhythm.
Description
The Mura Advent Candle is a contemporary take on the classic Danish ‘kalenderlys’ or Christmas calendar candles. Drawing inspiration from its Japanese namesake, ‘Mura’ meaning irregularity, the candle boasts a distinctive, artfully ‘imperfect’ appearance, exuding character and tactile appeal.
