Why we love it
This original oil painting captures a brown terrier with the kind of folk art charm that feels both unpretentious and deeply considered. It's the sort of piece that works brilliantly above a living room sofa or anchoring a gallery wall, where its reclaimed wood frame and earthy tones sit comfortably alongside other collected objects rather than demanding the room revolve around it.
Description
An original oil-on-board painting of a brown terrier by artist James Heslip, sold by Studio HÁM. The folky piece is set in a decorative, reclaimed dark wood frame — a one-off from their Country House collection.
