Why we love it
This little brass buffalo is handcrafted by artisans in the Himalayan valleys, each one hand-cut and hammered before being finished with a tassel loop. It's the sort of ornament that looks rather lovely hanging among evergreen branches, catching the light as it turns, and it'll develop its own patina over the years, becoming more characterful with age.
Description
Buffalo-shaped decoration handcrafted from brass by artisans in the Himalayan valleys of northern India, supported by cooperative Sasha which TOAST has worked with for over ten years. Hand-cut then hammered, it is finished with a tassel and a metallic loop for hanging it on your tree. The metal may tarnish and change colour over time.
