Why we love it
This hand-turned wooden sphere in deep olive lacquer is sculptural enough to earn its place on a shelf or bedside table as much for its form as its function. The compact size makes it ideal for corners and alcoves where a standard lamp would overwhelm, casting a gentle pool of light without demanding much space.
Description
Hum London's Mini Orb lamp is a compact, spherical wooden lamp base, hand-turned in small batches by specialist British woodturners and finished in a deep, glossy olive lacquer. Its sculptural shape is perfect for adding layered light to shelves and tucked-away corners. Pair it with one of Hum's extra-small lampshades (sold separately).
