Why we love it
The bobbin legs give this oak desk a playful, almost sculptural quality that feels both historical and contemporary, drawing from 17th century spool furniture without any stuffiness. It works beautifully as a writing desk in a study or bedroom, or doubled as a dressing table, with two shallow drawers and brass handles keeping the top surface clear for whatever you need close at hand.
Description
An oak desk with bold bobbin legs and two drawers. Brilliant as a writing desk and also could be a lovely dressing table. The facade features two shallow drawers with a reeded front and brass handles. A contemporary take on 17th century "spool" furniture, combining an antique appeal with a modern and playful aesthetic.
