Why we love it
This switch plate captures that distinctive aged copper patina you'd find on Victorian cookware, with each one hand-finished to look properly weathered rather than mass-produced. It works brilliantly in period properties where it slots in as an authentic detail, but equally adds a touch of character to modern interiors, especially grouped with other brass fixtures in a hallway or bedroom.
Description
A single toggle light switch from The Soho Lighting Company's Chiswick Collection, in an antique copper finish matched to original Victorian copper cookware — a timeworn, oxidised look with a rich matt patina. The plates are hand finished to look aged, suiting period homes and adding a decorative detail to modern ones. 2 way; 15-year guarantee; the face plate must be earthed.
