Why we love it
This little pewter cup does the job with genuine charm. It sits on a side table or mantelpiece holding matches within reach, with a striker built into the base so you've got everything needed to light a candle or fire in one compact object. The stamped lettering and pewterer's marks give it a proper handmade feel, the sort of thing that actually improves with age and use.
Description
A small, weighty cup for keeping matches close at hand. It's cast in pewter with a gently flared, rolled rim and a stepped foot. The stamped MATCHES lettering keeps things refreshingly literal, a row of pewterer's marks near the base adds a touch of old-world character, and a striker on the underside means everything you need is right there.
