spindle high back armchair

Why we love it

The beautifully spaced spindles and sweeping curves give this chair real presence, whether you're looking at it from across the room or sitting in it. It's the sort of piece that works equally well pulled up to a dining table, tucked into a study corner, or standing alone in a hallway, and the rich oak finish means it slots in with both modern and traditional interiors.
