Why we love it
This chair feels like a conversation starter without trying too hard. The curved silhouette and soft geometric cushioning nod to 1970s design, but the handmade Belgian linen and carefully refined earth-brown stripe keep it feeling current. It's generously proportioned enough to sink into beside a side table, yet structured enough to anchor a living room corner without overwhelming the space.
Description
Inspired by the soft geometric shapes and fluid forms of 1970’s furniture, the Studio Chair captures the essence of that era whilst feeling entirely current. Generous proportions, curved edges and giving the illusion of five cushions “floating” together, despite a sturdy frame. Handmade in England using traditional techniques, and upholstered in 100% Belgian Linen sourced direct from a trusted mill that has been weaving flax to the highest standards for generations. The stripe is screen printed in London. The colour was refined over many months in close collaboration with an expert colourist. Earth is an understated dark brown.
