This layered ceramic wall light comes from Anita Le Grelle's decades-long collaboration with Serax, and it's one of those pieces that reveals itself over time. The soft green glaze and stacked clay form create gentle shadows as light filters through, making it equally lovely switched on or off. It works beautifully beside a bed, in a kitchen corner, or above a bathroom mirror, where its modest scale means it won't overwhelm the space.
Terres de Rêves is the life's work of Belgian ceramicist Anita Le Grelle, in collaboration with Serax. The collection features elegant ceramics, including popular wall lamps made of layered clay with soft curves that create a sandy dreamscape. After the lamps Louis, Jack, and Pierre – named after her sons – come Jim und James. Jim and James have sleek cylindrical shapes with subtly shifting light.
